For us to be sure There must be meaningful involvement of people living with HIV. We must be at the table to not only witness but also input for a lasting solution. This was not the case. The MOH stunt was more of a damage control aspect. We are aware the few meds that have been the so called flagging were from global Fund.Also not that the information is scanty as it does not give the breakdown of medicines being distributed to the facilities. As PLHIV leadership we need to have the right information on the real happening to a sure our community. Article 35 has not been observed. The aspect of treatment room syndrome and looking at PLHIVs as patient must stop🛑, We are the key stake holders, who will pay for the damage and Article 43 of the Kenyan constitution is clear on access to the highest attainable standard of health to all Kenyans our rights as per the constitution has also been infringed therefore needs redress.
